welcome! my name is brooks mathews (brooksie was my nickname growing up) and I am the owner of brooksie balloons co. I’m originally from south carolina, but ventured to little rock with my husband and our golden retriever, gracie for his medical residency. we did balloons in Little Rock for almost three years! we are now back in columbia, sc with our newest addition - our son, Grady!
